Application of Abrasive-Extrusive Processing for Improving Quality of Silicon Plates

A mechanical way of improving quality of silicon plates - abrasive-extrusive processing - is studied. The conclusion is drawn that extrusion of the abrasive paste provides uniform stress condition on the whole surface of the processed plate which allows to apply this way as an alternative method of improving quality of silicon plates.
