Multilevel model of intelligent system for dynamic objects

General approach to create mathematical models for intelligent systems, is proposed. Three-level model is suggested for the introduced intelligent convertor. The model corresponds to the convertor functioning stages. Descriptions for complete system, its levels and their interaction, are given. The problems of synthesizing each level and a complete system, are formulated, the synthesis is realized on the intelligent environment elements. General approach for solving the problems of mentioned class, is presented.
