A procedure is offered of construction of the small-size mobile robot destined to functioning in the nondetermined media for the purpose of the visual monitoring of the working space. Corresponding constructive and algorithmic solutions for the robot control system implementation are presented. Technical characteristics of the developed mock-up of the robot are given as well as experimental results.
