Synthesis, numerical simulation and comparison are performed for control systems with non-stationary nonlinear feedback with the full and partial knowledge of variable parameters of the object model of the 2nd order. A problem of stabilization of coefficients of the differential equation of the closed system is solved. The piecewise linear approximation and cubic splines are applied for the interpolation of the controller parameters. The problem statement and solution are connected with the problem to control the unstable vertical position of the plasma and its speed in tokomaks with the vertically-elongated cross sections.
