Key diagrams of measuring branch of laser interferometer destined to check shape of conic, cylindrical and toroidal rolling surfaces of precision bearings, are considered. General geometric correlation and measuring methods as well as the results of experimental testing the measuring branch layout, are analysed. Accuracy of checking the aspherical surface shape is 0,05-0,1 μm depending on the surface parameters.
