Methods to determine distortion probability on receiving signals "as a whole" with acknowledgment of receipt

The methods to enhance reliability of digital information transfer through the communication channels allowing for acknowledgment of receipt or "requestioning", are considered. The research goal is to analyse in details the algorithms in order to describe procedures of forming distortion when taking decisions because different approaches give rise to various mathematical expressions. Peculiarities of regularity descriptions are clearly illustrated by sets of graphs.
