Analytical investigation of thermal conditions for the transmitting phased array module operation is attended with great difficulties presented by solving the clumsy heat conduction equations. Finite-difference method being a numerical procedure to solve differential equations, greatly simplifies computation. This method capabilities for calculating the non-stationary thermal conditions of the transmitting phased array module, are shown.
