Method and Apparatus to Measure the Phase Velocity Dispersion of Wide-Band Microwave Signals along the Atmospheric Paths

A direct method of measuring the time delay difference of spectral components of the wide-band microwave signal, propagating in the atmosphere near the earth surface, is described. The structural scheme to implement the method is considered.
