Spectral Characteristics of Frequency Synthesizer with Sigma-Delta-Modulator

A mathematical model of structural elements of the frequency synthesizer with of sigma-delta-modulator is developed; the common functional scheme is created. Spectral characteristics of the output synthesizer signal are investigated by various simulation methods the comparative analysis of results is performed.
