The work of three-axis 12-electrode electrostatic suspension with control of high-voltage potentials by the law of pulse-width modulation and with the compatible transducer of displacements is studied. Issues of choosing a law to control the potentials and their effect on the amplitude of forced rotor oscillations are considered. A dynamical error of the displacement transducer is investigated. The results of simulation of the forced oscillations for two variants of control and for different levels of high reference voltages are given.
