An attempt is made to set forth the ballistic support fundamentals for interplanetary missions using orbits passing near the libration points. It is shown that the appropriate "fast" algorithms can be derived in the context of the general three-body problem with writing the equations of motion inJacobi coordinates. Possible motion regions are considered, and ways to determine the refined position of the Earth-planet libration points are indicated for tasks of ballistic support for operative control. Thedeveloped mathematical software, approved in solving the model problems, made it possible to obtain some earlier-unknown results having practical significance.
