Analysis of firmly effective compromises in complex systems on the basis of threads and counterthreads

A two-stage method to obtain the firmly effective "threads and counterthreads" is considered. On the first stage a problem of this method existence is solved in the process of initial approaches flow. On the second stage the sufficient conditions of a local thread-counterthread method, are obtained. This method combined with the Krasovsky’s moment method allows to come upon optimal thread-counterthread control. The results are illustrated by a practically useful example of conflicting situation.
