New classes of stably-efficient decisions based on active equilibriums with modification and expansion of the existing stably-efficient trade-offs are formulated for providing the universality of their construction in deferent problems of conflict control. The practical application of the modified stably-efficient trade-offs with analysis of properties of conflict-optimal decisions is considered using the simplest problem of the conflict dynamics prediction. The sequence of decisions of threats/counter-threats is offered on the basis of the Vaisbord-Zhukovskii equilibrium for three and more participants of a conflict situation.
