Bloch equations for the general case of two-level medium (both with tuning out of resonance and without it) are solved in quasi-classical approximation. The Maxwell-Bloch equations system is reduced to the Maxwell equation with a nonlinear right-hand part that can be efficiently used to determine the range of parameters with which the conical dispersion of laser radiation in the resonant medium occurs.
