Estimation of Efficiency of Applying Methods of Active Protection against Failures in Hierarchic Computing Systems

The efficiency of applying methods of active protection against failures in hierarchic managing real time computing systems is analyzed. Expressions for the probability of fail-safe operation of system various configurations are obtained. Recommendations are given for construction of fail-safe computing systems.
