Realisation of optical processing of the wide-band signals is considered. Application of the prospective digital acoustic-optical processors performing the linear algebra operations, forms the grounds for such realisation. The operation algorithm is analysed, the structural, functional and optical layouts of the acoustic-optical processor, are proposed.
