State of art and the development perspectives of the distributed data processing systems (DDPS) are analyzed. The existing architecture design methods and their shortcomings are shown, the decision-making model is chosen. Query decomposition mechanisms for distributed database into subqueries and their processing in DDPS nodes are investigated. Mathematical model and performance analysis expert system are developed. An efficient algorithm for the fuzzy temporal parameters calculation is proposed.
