Application of CALS-Technologies in Development and Operation of On-Board Control Systems

Problems of automation of software life-cycle processes for the built-in control systems and, especially, the problems of preparation and support of the project and operation documentation are considered. To reduce time and cost of the system design, development and support, the approach to overcoming difficulties in programming, based on the use of the common data space for all life-cycle processes and unified CALS-decisions for mechanical, electronic and software activities, is proposed.
