Technological Peculiarities of Solid-State Sensors Based on Membranes

Data transformation is considered for registering solid-state structures based on membranes and applied in sensors of mechanical properties (pressure, temperature). The process of data creation, transformation, retrieval and accumulation using the registering solid-state structures is formalized and divided in six stages. The stages are examined individually. Solving the problem of the data restoration with the use of laws of degradation and updating is illustrated by example of the pressure transducer construction.
