Electric and Kinetic Transformers of Mechanical Effects

Mercury electrolytic capillary transformers, being a sort of electric and kinetic transformers, constitute a new advanced class of mechanic-electric transformers suitable for solving a wide scope of problems, first of all, problems of vibration metering. Main types of the electric and kinetic transformers are presented in the paper. The operation principle of the mercury electrolytic capillary transformer is described in detail and its construction and main technical characteristics are given.
