Algorithm of Estimation of Interference Distortions during OFDM Signal Reception under Condition of Multipath Fading Channels

An algorithm is proposed for estimating the OFDM signal distortions, connected with the interchannel interference, during the multipath reception with fading channels. The results of computer simulation are given. The algorithm is based on interpolation of the channel frequency response, which is optimal in the sense of a minimum of error's mean square, and provides the better working characteristics as compared to the widely-used piecewise-linear models with the comparable computational expenditures.
