On the basis of Markovian process tools the probability distribution density of phase coordinates of the discrete system of phase synchronization, having an integrating link in control circuit, is studied under condition of combined random actions representing the additive Gaussian noise and phase Gaussian fluctuations. A procedure is proposed for building and numerically solving the vector equation of Kolmogorov-Chapman. The parametrical optimization of the model to minimize the phase error variance is performed.
