A sequential procedure of synthesis of quasi-continuous phase-shift keyed signals under the influence of clutters due to reflections from point objects is proposed which allows the reliability of detecting weak signals against the clutter background in side lobes of the correlation function to be increased. The efficiency of correlation clutterblanking depends on the range of signal optimization by delay and decreases with the increase of a number of background returns.
