An approach to using classical methods of radio engineering for simulation of the noise-carrying electromagnetic field in microelectronics is set forth which is oriented for application in automated design systems. The approach allows avoiding integration in the complex region and shortening the bulk of calculations as compared to the known methods. A simple equivalent scheme is proposed which allows precisely reproducing the delay time of the transitional process in simulation of the spurious communication channel.
