Analytical expressions are derived for determining durations of transient processes in frequency tuning of synthesizers with switching points and taking into account the sliding regime. Results of calculations by the expressions are compared to data of simulation of transient processes in the synthesizer, based on the system with the pulse phase lock of the third order, using the visual simulation media SIMULINK of the mathematical software system mAtLAB.
