The localization algorithm is considered which is applied to wide-band signal sources. The source signal is simulated as output of the linear system excited by the white noise. A response of the antenna array to a pulse from the specific direction is represented as a pulse characteristic of the linear system. The ESPRIT algorithm is applied in poles of the linear system. The algorithm does not require the knowledge and store of the array configuration in contrast to the wide-band algorithm MUSIC. Owing to this, the effective algorithm from the viewpoint of calculations is obtained which is insensitive to errors in the antenna array. Results of the algorithm operation are presented in comparison to methods of modal signal subspace and coherent signal subspace.
