Zoom-eyepieces design methods

The specific methods and approaches in the design of zoom-eyepieces are shown. The dependence of the entry pupil position on linear magnifications of the second and third elements is examined. A possibility to minimise the entry pupil distance variation by optimisation of the focal lengths and magnifications of the elements is considered.
