Calibration of Photo-electric Reflecting Refractometer

The automatic reflective refractometer is considered which is designed for measuring a refraction index of liquid media in the range from 1.31 to 1.56. An original technique is proposed for calibrating the refractometer. The technique consists in building the device calibration characteristic using solid optical materials. Calibration results are given.
