Principles of Processing of Hyper-spectral Information and Results of Flight Testing of Prototype of Aviation Hyper-spectrometer

Principles of processing of hyper-spectral information are considered and results of flight testing of prototype of aviation hyper-spectrometer are given. It is noted that the hyper-spectrometer provides high quality data of a completely new, unique character, but to extract this data is only possible with essential modernization of data processing methods. Capabilities of both the hyperspectrometer and the sub-pixel method of hyper-spectral data processing are demonstrated.
