Investigation of Spectral Reflection Factors of the Condensed Media of Polymer Series in Short-Wave Spectrum Range

The developed optical scheme and a technique of the experiment with use of the sounding synchrotron radiation under vacuum are described, and results of the experimental determination of spectral reflection factors of dielectrics based on the polymer series elements in the short-wave spectrum range (hν~3,5... 25 eV) are given which are obtained in the synchrotron radiation source at the Kurchatovskii Center of Synchrotron Radiation and Nanotechnologies with synchrotron radiant energy density values being under a threshold for the developed surface evaporation and at surface temperatures of the condensed targets within 300. ..77K.
