Algorithms to Control Potentials at Electrodes of Electrostatic Suspension

Ways of potentials regulation in suspensions with rotors of the cylindrical and spherical shape are discussed. A particular attention is paid to suspensions with potentials regulation according to a law of the pulse-width modulation. Organization of capacity sensors for rotor displacements is considered as well as the influence of the suspension spurious capacities on the slope and non-zero signal of the sensors.
