A method of correction of navigational systems in case of disappearance of signals from external data sensors is given which is based on using the predicting models. The modified prediction algorithm is proposed which combines the Demark trend and the self-organization method. The predicting models of navigational system errors are constructed. The efficiency of the developed algorithm for construction of predicting models in the navigational complex of flying vehicles is shown.
