The developed experimental complex and method are considered for contactless measuring the amplitude-frequency responses and micro-displacements of the exposed solid-state targets under the condition of pulse and quasi-stationary loads in vacuum. Experimental optical and mechanical properties are presented which were obtained using this measuring complex. They describe dynamics of laser effect of mechanical pulses of micro-newton range on condensed targets during laser ablation and allow one to estimate the efficiency of conversion of laser radiation energy to the kinetic energy of accelerated gas-plasma streams.
