Two stages of the nine-stage engineering and graph procedure of the model synthesis of a laser and electronic system of underwater vision are considered. The first one consists in formulating a problem of development and examination of a laser and electronic device of underwater vision and in creating the appropriate documentation. The second stage deals with building a paradigm of formalized structural, functional and principal schemes of the laser and electronic system of underwater vision and with creating the appropriate documentation.
