Development of Software for Diffraction Simulation of Optical Systems of Laser Devices

A problem of the computer-aided simulation of optical systems of laser devices is considered on the basis of the scalar theory of diffraction. A new method of the direct computation of the Kirchhoff diffraction integral is suggested which takes into account the peculiarity of the fast oscillating integrand.
