The graph taxonomy is created for physical domain models of optical and laser electronic systems to develop and study the optical and laser electronic devices and complexes. A physical domain graph has been constructed, which identifies the connectivity of classes, cohorts, families, tribes, genera and species of main, fundamental, basic and typical physical domain submodels, and specifies the collateral subordination ofthese taxonomic classification units. It is used in the development of a technique for the model synthesis of optical and laser electronic systems.
