Methods of encoding the hidden images in protective holograms to increase a grade of their protection from forgery and to render their authenticity control automatic are considered. Operations of vector and matrix multiplication to be applied to optical signals according to the digital multiplication method with the help of the analog convolution are offered as an encoding-decoding algorithm. Possible optical schemes of the chosen algorithm implementation are analyzed. For the device optical scheme with the implementation of the analog convolution in a region of spatial frequencies the overall dimensions, light-energy characteristics and aberration are calculated.
