A method of the mathematical simulation of data optic-electronic devices is presented which allows for interconnection of spatial and temporal sampling effects while scanning and creating the output image. An example of the method application in analysis of viewing optic-electronic devices implementing the progressive and interlacing laws of the image scanning and deflection is given. Obtained results can be used for optimization of parameters of the laws for the image scanning and deflection.
