The remote two-frequency laser method to detect oil pollution on uneven sea surface is suggested. The method makes possible to differ oil pollutions from areas with the smoothed wind-induced unevenness and areas with a high value of the reflection factor and thereby to decide on the availability of oil pollution on sea surface with great degree of validity.
