Hierarchic decomposition procedures for systems of developing and sustaining the professional intellectual activities

Concepts and efficiency of using the procedures, which divide the general task of decision making into one-level and hierarchic subtasks, are considered. The hierarchic decomposition is one of the forms of dominant conditions in decision making tasks. A concept of decision making on the expanded sets of alternatives, which is included into the information and energetic interaction paradigm of the human professional intellectual activity process, is used for the development of the hierarchic decomposition procedures.
