Selection of information signals in measuring complex

It is proposed to use a numerical criterion of observability grade as a criterion of information selection. This selection method allows to choose an optimum structure of measuring complex while its operation. The forecast results obtained by the self-organization method are used in selection criterion instead of a posteriori information about non-measured components of the state vector.
