Research Complex for Frequency-Time Analysis of Voice Signal Using the Wavelet Technology

Drawbacks of the wide-spread hardware and software means of speech analysis used for the phonogram expertise are considered. A structure of the research complex for frequency-time analysis of a voice signal is presented which provides the improved accuracy of processing of the voice data using the wavelet technology. The experimental data of constructing the wavelet-sonograms of vowels and consonants are given.
