The widely used and flexible theory of the formal description of structured text components (sentences and discourses) in natural language - theory of standard K-languages (SK-languages) -is offered. Analysis of the expressiveness of the SK-languages class allows one to assume that the SK-languages enable the construction of semantic abstracts of arbitrary web-documents and they are convenient for this purpose. The SK-languages theory was applied in development of the widely used mathematical model of the linguistic database (LDB) and in creation (on its basis) of the model of the complex structured algorithm for the semantic and syntactic analysis of texts in sub-languages of the natural language (Russian) which present practical interest. The algorithm is implemented in the Visual C++ programming system and may be available for the construction of semantic abstracts of web-documents.
