Analysis of Problem of Designing Relational Database Based on Existing Information of Tabular Form

A brief analytical review is performed of the current theory of designing relational databases, its advantages and drawbacks are formulated. A notion of information of a tabular form is introduced. Reasons for conversion of such type information into relational databases are stated. Problems arising in the process of conversion of tabular form information into relational databases are analyzed.
