The possibility of application of a method of recession vector to solving a problem on selection of variants of protection against security threats of the enterprise computer network is considered. The problem to be solved represents a problem of Boolean programming with nonlinear limitations which does not allow construction of efficient approximated algorithms in the sense that to obtain an approximated solution with a specified precision estimation is as difficult as to get an exact solution. The method algorithm is implemented in Jave language. The time of the algorithm execution is analyzed and precision of the obtained solutions is estimated.
