Statement of Decomposition Problem for Systems of Quality Factors of Data Protection in Special-Purpose Data-Communication Networks

A possibility is considered of synthesis of a system to protect data, circulating in the special-purpose data-communication network, on the basis of decomposition theory methods. An algorithm is presented for the parametric decomposition of a global system of data protection quality factors into some local systems.
