Comparative Analysis of Methods to Solve Problem on Determination of Component Set of Information System

A mathematical statement of a problem on determination of the optimal component set of information system is given. Two variants of the problem, relating to different complexity classes, and methods of their solving are considered. The comparative analysis of efficiency the methods, as applied to the problems in question, is presented.
