Construction of Means of Controlling in ERP System under Condition of Dynamically Running Business-Processes with Great Number of Expenditure Carriers

Based on examples of introducing ERP in oil-gas and transport branches, the insufficient functionality of standard means of controlling is shown when they are used under condition of dynamically running business-processes characterized with a great number of expenditure carriers. To eliminate the revealed drawback, it is suggested to develop the additional means of controlling whose peculiarity will be the creation of new expenditure carriers with automatic distribution of expenditures for them. Basic general-system statements of the suggested approach are described. The possibility of its applying to the wide spectrum of systems for control of delivery chains is shown as well as peculiarities of its implementation for account and resetting of expenditures in transportation of oil products in a large oil company.
