The study tested the impact of opto-acoustic tweezers onto a microparticle. We analyzed the laser radiation parameters effect, namely, the spot radius and pulse duration, on the averaged action force of the photoacoustic wave per particle. Moreover, we identified the optimum parameters of exposure on polystyrene particles
