One of the methods for hybrid expert system construction for automation of radar images processing is considered. The images are obtained using aviation radiolocation stations with the synthesized aerial aperture. Algorithms are set forth for the automatic selection of single and group small-size objects from radar images (SAR images - Synthetic Aperture Radar images).
